Acoutek LLC offers specialized expertise and services in aeroacoustics and structural acoustics, provides advanced technology acoustics research, and is dedicated finding effective noise control measures to solve a wide variety of sound and vibration problems.

Mission

The mission of Acoutek LLC is to research, analyze, test and implement pioneering and state-of- the-art acoustic technologies in order to create safe and comfortable acoustic living and working environments for the occupants, and to develop new innovative sound and vibration products and applications.

History

From 1998 through 2017, preceding Acoutek LLC, business had been conducted as Grosveld Technologies (GT) and had focused primarily on acoustics and noise control in space crew compartments, subject matter expert services of sound and vibration programs in International Space Station modules, and documentation of previous research in support of the Acoustics Office at the NASA Johnson Space Center. Acoutek LLC has augmented its services to include other acoustic disciplines in which the principals have significant expertise, such as acoustics facility design, sound transmission loss materials testing, wind turbine noise, and unmanned aerial systems (UAS) acoustics.
